Processing Time

Standard orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Custom orders require 4–6 weeks before shipment. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once your order leaves our hands, transit times are determined by the carrier.

• USPS Ground Advantage: 2–5 business days

• USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days

• UPS Ground: 1–5 business days

• UPS 2-Day Air: 2 business days

Domestic Shipping Only

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes via UPS — please provide a street address at checkout if selecting a UPS service.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Champagne Hippie is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage caused by the carrier once your order has been transferred. If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact us at champagnehippielifestyle@gmail.com and we will do our best to help.
